When you have an ONS Patient Portal account, you can send a request for a prescription refill through the portal without having to call our office. If you already have a portal account, click on the following link: ONS Prescriptions Refills , log into your account and complete the online request form.
Don’t wait until you’re out of your medication is out to ask for a refill!
Your request will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a message on the portal confirming your request or notifying you that the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.
