Covid-19 screening for all patients:

If you have any of the following Covid symptoms, please wait to schedule an appointment until you are symptom free of have a negative Covid-19 test.

ONS Travel Policy COVID-19 APPOINTMENT POLICY

In accordance with Regional Travel Advisory issued on June 24th, 2020 by the States of CT, NY and New Jersey, patients who have recently travelled from any of the following states must wait 14 days from the date of their return before they may be seen in the office:

ONS Office Safety Measures

  • All patients and staff will be temperature and symptom screened upon arrival.
  • Patients and visitors must wear face covering to all appointments.  If you arrive for your appointment without a face mask you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Due to national PPE shortages, ONS cannot provide masks for patient use.
  • Adult patients are asked to come alone.
  • Children may be accompanied by one parent. 
  • Waiting areas are designed for optimal 6′ social distancing.  You may be asked to wait in your car until waiting room capacity allows you to enter.
  • Patients are asked to complete all medical forms on the links sent to you to avoid using the tablets shared by other patients.

ONS Telehealth can be an alternative to an in-office visit for certain types of appointments. Call 203-869-1145 during regular business hours to request a Telehealth visit. 

Urgent Ortho Care walk in visits are available for conditions or injuries that require immediate attention. We recommend that patients call first to schedule an Urgent care visit. Call (203) 869-1145.

Urgent Care hours in Greenwich are Monday – Thursday, 5 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from noon to 3 PM.

Stamford office
Monday — Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Harrison office
Monday — Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Physical Therapy at all locations
Monday — Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

NOTE: The last physical therapy appointment of the day is scheduled one hour before closing.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link to forms to complete prior to your arrival. If you do not complete the forms before your arrival, you will be asked to do the forms using our office tablets. Our tablets are cleaned after every patient’s use.


ONS IN-NETWORK INSURANCES

All patients must bring a CURRENT INSURANCE CARD to each appointment.

Patients who have not completed intake forms online, must also bring:

  • List of current medications and medical conditions
  • Primary-care physician address and phone number and contact information for any physicians involved with your care
  • Recent diagnostic images such as CTs, MRIs, x-rays, bone scans, or EMGs

Patients who are new to ONS or who have not visited our offices in more than a year should complete the patient registration form on the ONS  Patient Portal to avoid spending time in the waiting room. To save time, please complete your medical history form before coming to the office.
