Fewer than 10% of patients treated at the ONS Center require surgery. Most conditions are resolved through a combination of medication, physical therapy, and other treatments.
Will I always see the same doctor at ONS?
As an ONS patient, you will be seen and treated by a doctor with the sub-specialty expertise best suited to treat your condition. If you require surgery, your specialist will be the one who performs your surgery and follows you through recovery and rehabilitation.
How can I have a prescription refilled?
Prescription refills should be made 2-3 days before your last dose. Log in or create an account on the ONS Patient Portal. Then click on the link to request a prescription refill.
What should I do in case I have an emergency after office hours?
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Be sure to give the name of your physician from ONS so that the hospital emergency physician can contact us about your condition.
