Requests for prescription refills must be made at least 2 days prior to your last dose.
Prescription refills cannot be given over the weekend.
If you have an urgent refill request of a narcotic medication, you may be asked to make an appointment to be seen before a refill will be given.
To request a prescription refill online, login to ONS Patient Portal. Then click on the link to request a prescription refill.
