The secure, encrypted ONS Patient Portal allows you send a question directly to your physician, and gives you the freedom to complete and/or update your registration, health and medication forms and more, at a time that is most convenient for you. You’ll have less waiting time at the office, and a summary of your visit can be downloaded for your records.

- Update or complete your health information
- Download your clinical visit summary after your visit at no charge.
- Request a prescription refill
- Update your medications history
Please note: Family members may not share a patient’s portal account. Please create separate accounts for each member of your family to avoid crossed accounts.
